Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Power

To supervise and monitor the overall mechanical engineering functions across all factories under the group.
To develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
To supervise the repair and servicing of machinery, utilities, and mechanical systems efficiently and cost-effectively.
To assess and optimize machine performance, energy usage, and life-cycle management of equipment.
To ensure timely execution of maintenance schedules by coordinating with factory teams and vendors.
To establish SOPs and technical documentation for mechanical systems and ensure compliance.
To lead and mentor engineering staff, ensuring high performance, skill development, and safety compliance.
To conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
