Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master's Degree (MBA/MCom/MBS) preferred

  • Candidates from reputed public/private universities will get preference

Experience
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Mobile Accessories, Shared Mobility Startup
Additional Requirements
  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • 5–7 years in sales, preferably in Mobile, Electric Items, or Related Accessories.
  • Proven track record in distributor management and territory sales growth.
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Responsibilities & Context

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement area-specific sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Expand market reach by onboarding new distributors/retailers.

Distributor & Retailer Management:

  • Train and motivate distributors/retailers to enhance sales performance.
  • Ensure fair competition policies among channel partners.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to the National Sales Manager for strategy adjustments.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Submit weekly sales reports, expense statements, and market feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to company sales policies and ethical practices.
