Minimum 5 years of experience in HR function of a large-scale business

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager / First Assistant Vice President – HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all core HR functions, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving a performance-oriented and professional work culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback sessions, and KPIs.
Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and manage conflict resolution.
Assist with payroll processing and HR data analysis.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Develop HR module in company ERP system along with technology team
