Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 30 years
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure management. 

  • Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), MikroTik routers, Wi-Fi systems. 

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (printer, desktop, laptop). 

  • Familiarity with CCTV setup and management. 

  • Basic understanding of payroll or ERP software is an advantage. 

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.


Responsibilities & Context

Network & System Management:

  • Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks and ensure stable and secure network connections. 
  • Configure and maintain Mirotic routers, switches, and access points. 
  • Oversee internet connectivity, firewall, and Wi-Fi systems to ensure high availability. 

Hardware & Infrastructure Support:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
  • Manage inventory and maintenance of IT hardware and accessories. Supervise repair and servicing of printers, desktops, laptops, and other devices. 

CCTV Surveillance System:

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems.
  • Monitor performance and ensure secure video storage and retrieval.

Software Management:

  • Support and manage payroll and other business-critical software applications.
  • Perform software installations, updates, backups, and license management.

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide timely technical support to internal users. Perform software installations, updates, backups, and license management.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Maintain IT support logs and ensure prompt resolution of service requests.

Customer & User Support:

  • Ensure effective communication with users to understand and resolve their IT concerns.
  • Provide training and assistance on basic IT usage and company software.
