Supervise and conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of raw materials (wheat), in-process products, and final flour products.
Ensure testing procedures comply with internal standards, government regulations (e.g., FSSAI, ISO, HACCP), and customer specifications.
Monitor parameters like moisture, ash content, protein, gluten, and other flour quality indicators.
Help in calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and instruments.
Assist in maintaining and optimizing quality control protocols across production stages.
Maintain accurate QC documentation, logs, and records as per company SOPs and audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Supervise lab technicians and junior QC staff.
