Minimum 2 years experience in coordination role with Senior Management
Strong office management, administrative and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities & Context
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure coordination for DMD's Office. This role will support, follow-up and monitors as per assigned responsibilities and also work collaboratively with the respective Division of the organization and maintain relationship with external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Maintain DMD's schedule and calendar to effectively plan meetings and travel Minute the decisions during a meeting and make working sense of the decisions taken in the meeting to follow up on it accordingly Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders both internal and external for setting meetings and the likes Follow up DMD's correspondences, approvals, decisions and other important activities Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material and follow up to answers to incoming mail
