Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ACA or FCA
5–8 years of relevant experience in business analysis
Strong command of data analytics tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI
Experience in business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Lead the analysis of complex business problems and provide actionable insights
Analyze financial and business data of SBUs to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support long-term planning and scenario modeling for the individual SBUs.
Design and implement business intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with senior leadership to align analysis with strategic goals
Track and review the performance of business units on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Evaluate processes, KPIs, and financial data to recommend optimization strategies
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Support digital transformation, ERP implementation, and other strategic initiatives
