Catering

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed catering revenue goals.
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted sales initiatives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
Respond to client inquiries, prepare detailed proposals, and negotiate contracts for catering services.
Work closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Organize and lead site visits and tasting sessions for prospective clients.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay competitive.
Design and deliver impactful sales presentations to effectively promote catering offerings.
Prepare accurate, timely sales reports and performance metrics.
Partner with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
