Must follow all the safeguarding, code of conduct, organization’s policies and health and safety procedures and policies.
Provide accurate information about the organization to clients.
Ensure seamless client onboarding procedure by explaining all the relevant details.
Receive intake requests and fill in referral forms or request clients to fill in intake form.
Finalize service roster of child through software for creating monthly invoice.
Regularly maintain and update client database and contacts.· Prepare report on client database.
Receive feedback from parents on organization’s services and forward it to concerned stakeholders.
Assist the Finance Department in case of payment collection, provide reminders to the clients and ensure timely collection of payment.
Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.
