Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 38 years
  • Must follow all the safeguarding, code of conduct, organization’s policies and health and safety procedures and policies.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide accurate information about the organization to clients.

  • Ensure seamless client onboarding procedure by explaining all the relevant details.

  • Receive intake requests and fill in referral forms or request clients to fill in intake form.

  • Finalize service roster of child through software for creating monthly invoice.

  • Regularly maintain and update client database and contacts.· Prepare report on client database.

  • Receive feedback from parents on organization’s services and forward it to concerned stakeholders.

  • Assist the Finance Department in case of payment collection, provide reminders to the clients and ensure timely collection of payment.

  • Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.
