Compliance Managers ensure that a garment factory complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:
Capable of taking leadership of the overall HR & Compliance department in accordance with legal, labor, and payroll issues.
Specialist and capable of performing various compliance audits, such as BSCI, Sedex, Higg FEM & FSLM, CTPAT, and Buyer CoC audit, as well as technical and product audits, such as GRS, OCS, GOTS, and OEKOTEX.
To train workers on various topics.
To handle all committees or units for smooth operation.
Reporting to the buyer day to day affairs as required. Report to management as desired by management.
It is important to communicate with RSC and have an understanding of their audits.
