Enter and manage data accurately in company systems including all databases.
Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and ensure proper filing of records (both digital and paper-based).
Operate office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database programs as per company needs.
Assist departments with documentation, formatting letters, memos, and presentations.
Regularly back up data and maintain security of digital files.
Monitor office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and report issues to IT or Admin.
Provide administrative and clerical support as assigned by supervisors.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and report generation.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company information.
