Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, HSC
Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Call Center
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.

  • In-depth knowledge of POS software and the ability to support clients effectively.

  • Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.

  • Patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

  • Educational qualification is not the main factor.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide customer support for our POS software and other software solutions.
  • Must have proper technical knowledge about POS and other software.
  • Handle and assist POS software clients with proper guidance and troubleshooting.
  • The job demands candidates that have patience and are very well mannered while speaking with clients over the telephone to provide customer support, customer retention, and develop customer relations.
  • The applicant should have excellent speaking power with clarity, maturity and persuasive behavior in convincing the client.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across all digital channels.
  • Manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube marketing, and other paid campaigns.
  • Receive & make calls to the customers.
  • Capable of handling customer queries/complaints instantly.
  • Capable of handling Inbound/outbound calls.
  • Excellent negotiation skill and sound knowledge in IT marketing.
  • Make an appointment as per customer requirement.
  • Follow-up existing customers from time to time.
  • Collect customer's feedback.
  • Must have proper knowledge about IT.
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide technical assistance.
  • Guide customers on software installation, setup, and usage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Positive attitude and self motivation.
  • Maintaining clients records and follow up system with Microsoft excel.
