Responsibilities & Context

  • As the DGM/GM of Marketing, would involve overseeing the planning, execution and evaluation of all marketing activities at the factory. This would require you to have a deep understanding of the factory's products, customers, and competition, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing.

  • Drive marketing of metal button and ribbon accessories to targeted clients.

  • Prepare and present regular business reports to The management.

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the garments & Accessories sector.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to develop effective marketing strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and using this information to develop marketing and merchandising plans that meet those needs.

  • Coordinating with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.

  • Skill in costing, marketing planning, and having technical knowledge of products.

  • Applicant should have strong networking skills to build relationships with new buyers in the garment and accessories industry.

  • Local and Oversee product development cycles and ensure samples meet buyer expectations.

  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
