As the DGM/GM of Marketing, would involve overseeing the planning, execution and evaluation of all marketing activities at the factory. This would require you to have a deep understanding of the factory's products, customers, and competition, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing.
Drive marketing of metal button and ribbon accessories to targeted clients.
Prepare and present regular business reports to The management.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the garments & Accessories sector.
Monitor market trends and competitors to develop effective marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and using this information to develop marketing and merchandising plans that meet those needs.
Coordinating with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.
Skill in costing, marketing planning, and having technical knowledge of products.
Applicant should have strong networking skills to build relationships with new buyers in the garment and accessories industry.
Local and Oversee product development cycles and ensure samples meet buyer expectations.
