Education

Experience
  • At least 6 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive visual merchandising strategies aligned with Apex’s brand vision and retail objectives.

  • Develop zonal-based VM strategies tailored to diverse store formats and tiers (Category A/B/C), considering regional variations and customer demographics.

  • Define and design creative visual concepts to attract and engage customers through in-store communication, window displays, and façade executions that connect seamlessly with the customer journey.

  • Translate seasonal brand campaigns into immersive and cohesive retail experiences via window displays, navigation systems, and category-led storytelling.

  • Ensure seamless integration between ATL/BTL campaigns and in-store visual assets for unified brand messaging.

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of in-store elements including window displays, signage, mannequin clusters, floor fixtures, and overall store ambiance.

  • Make effective use of available space and resources including windows, floor space, entry points, mannequins, wall fixtures, trial rooms, and display tables across all departments.

  • Design POP (Point of Purchase) and visual display guidelines for all brand formats, ensuring consistency and premium execution across locations.

  • Collaborate closely with the brand team, retail operations, and product teams to ensure VM deliverables align with the commercial calendar and retail promotions.

  • Support and execute visual merchandising at events and activations organized by Marketing, PM, or Sales teams.

  • Govern the full production lifecycle of all VM elements—from concept briefing to vendor coordination and final in-store execution—ensuring brand standard compliance and production quality.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize the execution timeline and logistics for seasonal rollouts and new store openings.

  • Plan and manage the visual merchandising budget with a focus on cost-efficiency and impact.

  • Track and evaluate ROI for major VM initiatives and campaigns, using store performance data and shopper behavior insights to improve effectiveness.
