Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive visual merchandising strategies aligned with Apex’s brand vision and retail objectives.
Develop zonal-based VM strategies tailored to diverse store formats and tiers (Category A/B/C), considering regional variations and customer demographics.
Define and design creative visual concepts to attract and engage customers through in-store communication, window displays, and façade executions that connect seamlessly with the customer journey.
Translate seasonal brand campaigns into immersive and cohesive retail experiences via window displays, navigation systems, and category-led storytelling.
Ensure seamless integration between ATL/BTL campaigns and in-store visual assets for unified brand messaging.
Oversee end-to-end execution of in-store elements including window displays, signage, mannequin clusters, floor fixtures, and overall store ambiance.
Make effective use of available space and resources including windows, floor space, entry points, mannequins, wall fixtures, trial rooms, and display tables across all departments.
Design POP (Point of Purchase) and visual display guidelines for all brand formats, ensuring consistency and premium execution across locations.
Collaborate closely with the brand team, retail operations, and product teams to ensure VM deliverables align with the commercial calendar and retail promotions.
Support and execute visual merchandising at events and activations organized by Marketing, PM, or Sales teams.
Govern the full production lifecycle of all VM elements—from concept briefing to vendor coordination and final in-store execution—ensuring brand standard compliance and production quality.
Plan, manage, and optimize the execution timeline and logistics for seasonal rollouts and new store openings.
Plan and manage the visual merchandising budget with a focus on cost-efficiency and impact.
Track and evaluate ROI for major VM initiatives and campaigns, using store performance data and shopper behavior insights to improve effectiveness.
