Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 35 years
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated proficiency in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities & Context

1. Operations & AdministrationEnsure smooth day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center.

  • Oversee patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage inventory, including medical supplies, reagents, and consumables.
  • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments.

2. Human Resource Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including technicians, receptionists, and support personnel.
  • Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth.
  • Address staff grievances and ensure a positive work environment.

3. Business Development & Marketing

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall.
  • Establish partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor competitors and introduce new services as per market demand.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts and health awareness programs.

4. Customer Service & Patient Care

  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Address patient complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.

6. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain records and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Implement quality control measures in laboratory and diagnostic procedures.

Duty Hour: 10AM to 10PM
