Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Minimum Graduate/Preferred in CSE, EEE & Applied Physics & Electronics

Additional Requirements
  • Excellent command in English

  • Life-Register check out & analysis.

  • Any kind of problem solution with official Tab (Networking).

  • Online policies check out.

  • Giving advice about any problem with MOS business.

  • Unlocking the account of the agent.

  • If any agent lost their apps, then install it very carefully.

  • Maintain good communication with all the agents about their business either good or bad.

  • Based on the capability we will select the location after the training.

Job Description: Perform any, multiple, or all of the following:

  • Support Official Android Application users regarding automated business submission

  • Co-ordinate with Branch Secretary for smoothly policy submission

  • Help identify Digital Support related issues for both Device and Application

  • Maintain Digital Support registration forms and database with Head Office
