Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Set sales targets and track performance against targets.
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
Maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and large retail chains.
Provide detailed sales forecasting and regular performance reports to senior management.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfillment.
Ensure all sales activities comply with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market positioning to maintain competitive edge.
