Responsibilities & Context

• Performing the tasks of transporting authorized goods and passengers in an MSF vehicle, ensuring its technical and safety conditions and respecting the country's traffic rules and MSF security rules to provide a safe, smooth and efficient service
• অনুমোদিত পণ্য এবং যাত্রীদেরকে এমএসএফ এর যানবাহনে বহন করা। কারিগরি এবং নিরাপত্তা শর্তগুলো পূরণ করা। দেশের প্রচলিত ট্রাফিক আইন এবং এমএসএফ নির্ধারিত নিরাপত্তা আইনগুলো মান্য করা যাতে করে নিরাপদ, আরামদায়ক এবং কার্যকর সেবা প্রদান করা যায়।
• • Checking daily the technical conditions of the assigned vehicle (state of the tires, oil, Fuel, brakes, radio equipment, spare parts, etc.), performing weekly checks according to the MSF Logbook, refilling it when necessary, and keeping it clean to ensure it can be driven in perfect conditions. Carrying out a handover if another uses the vehicle
• (নির্ধারিত গাড়ির কারিগরি শর্তগুলো (টায়ারের অবস্থা, তেল, জ্বালানী, ব্রেক, রেডিও যন্ত্রপাতি, স্পেয়ার পার্টস ইত্যাদি) প্রতিদিন পরীক্ষা করা। এমএসএফ লগবুক অনুযায়ী প্রতি সপ্তাহে একবার চেক করা, প্রয়োজনমতো এগুলো পূরণ করা। এগুলোকে পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা যাতে গাড়িটি সঠিকভাবে চলতে পারে। যদি অন্য কেউ গাড়ি চালানোর জন্য দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত হয় তাহলে তাকে ভালো অবস্থায় গাড়ি হস্তান্তর করা।)
• • Ensuring the security of passengers in the car, driving carefully, observing speed limits and traffic rules in the country and MSF security rules to avoid car accidents.
• (গাড়ির যাত্রীদের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা, যত্নের সাথে গাড়ি চালানো, গতসিীমা র্পযবক্ষেণ করা, দেশের বিদ্যমান ট্রাফিক আইন এবং এমএসএফ সিকিউরিটি বিধানগুলো মেনে চলা যাতে দুর্ঘটনা এড়িয়ে যাওয়া যায়।)
• • Ensuring all passengers have all necessary papers in order before travelling and ensuring non-MSF staff sign disclaimers of responsibility before using the vehicle
• (কোথাও কোনো যাত্রা শুরু করার আগে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে প্রতিটি যাত্রীর কাছেই প্রয়োজনীয় সকল কাগজপত্র আছে। এমএসএফ কর্মী ছাড়া অন্য যারা যাত্রী থাকবেন তারা যেন যানবাহন ব্যবহার করার আগেই নিজেদের দায়িত্ব প্রদানে অস্বীকৃতি জানিয়ে যথাযথ ফর্মে স্বাক্ষর করেন, তাও নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।)
• • Ensuring correct loading and unloading of the vehicle, submitting the documents to the receiver of the goods, checking the status of delivered goods, returning the duly completed documents to Logistics and ensuring that the goods have the necessary documents
• (যানবাহনে পণ্য ওঠানামা সঠিকভাবে হচ্ছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। যিনি পণ্য গ্রহণ করবেন তাকে পণ্য সর্ম্পকতি নথিপত্র জমা দিতে হবে। কোনো পন্য আসলে তার মান পরীক্ষা করতে হবে। সঠিকভাবে নথিপত্রের কাজ সম্পন্ন হলে তা লজিস্টিকসের কাছে ফেরত দিতে হবে। নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যাতে প্রতিটি পন্যের সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র থাকে।)
• • Ensure all vehicle documents and the driver's driving license are valid and in the vehicle.
• (নিশ্চিত হতে হবে যে গাড়ির প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজ এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট ড্রাইভারের লাইসেন্সের মেয়াদ ও বৈধতা আছে এবং তা গাড়িতেই আছে।)
• • Informing the line manager of any incident involving transporting passengers or goods.
• (যাত্রী বা পন্য পরিবহনের সময় কোনো ঘটনা ঘটলে তা লাইন ম্যানেজারকে জানাতে হবে।)
• • Knowing how to use all types of radios, codes, call numbers and radio alphabets by heart and communicating with the base according to MSF communications policy to inform the driver's position and any potential implications.
• (কীভাবে বিভিন্ন ধরনের রেডিও, কোড, কল নাম্বার, রেডিও বর্ণমালাগুলো ব্যবহার করতে হয় এবং এমএসএফ কমিউনিকেশন পলিসির আলোকে বেইজের সাথে কীভাবে যোগাযোগ রাখতে হয় তা জানতে হবে। যাতে গাড়িচালকের অবস্থান এবং সম্ভাব্য ঘটনাবলী বেইজকে জানিয়ে রাখা যায়।)
• • Knowing and respecting the security rules related to vehicle movements, specifically those related to customs, checkpoints and roadblocks. Ensuring all passengers know and respect the security rules
• (যানবাহন চলাচলের নিরাপত্তা আইন বিশেষ করে কাস্টমস, চেকপয়েন্ট এবং রাস্তা অবরোধ মতো স্থানে কীভাবে গাড়ির নিরাপত্তা বিধান করতে হয় তা জানতে হবে। সকল যাত্রী নিরাপত্তা আইন জানেন ও মানেন কিনা তাও নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।)
