Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing for female clothing lines.
Oversee order processing, shipping, and returns to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate with inventory, marketing, and accounts teams to maintain efficient operations.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and suggest strategies to boost online sales.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor online store performance and stay updated with e-commerce trends.
Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns tailored to women’s fashion.
