We’re Looking For:
An honest, dedicated, and responsible E-commerce Manager who upholds Islamic values and can lead our online sales and customer experience efforts. If you are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and passionate about promoting halal products, we would love to have you on our team.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
Practical knowledge of online marketplaces (Daraz, Ajkerdeal, etc.)
Certification in Google Digital Marketing / Meta Blueprint / SEO will be treated as a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with product listing, order management, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy aligned with Islamic values and the company’s mission to serve halal, pure, and quality products.
Identify new opportunities for growth in bulk, corporate, and household grocery sales.
2. Product & Inventory Management:
Ensure halal meat and grocery items are accurately listed with detailed descriptions and images.
Maintain inventory coordination for perishable and non-perishable products to ensure timely restocking and minimum waste.
3. Order Management & Delivery Coordination:
Oversee the full cycle of online order processing with a focus on hygiene, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with logistics for the smooth delivery of temperature-sensitive products (meat, milk, vegetables).
4. Customer Service & Satisfaction:
Establish a responsive customer support system guided by Islamic values of honesty, respect, and empathy.
Monitor reviews, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer retention.
5. Digital Marketing & Promotion:
Promote Islamic lifestyle-friendly promotions, such as Jumu'ah specials, Ramadan/Eid bundles, and fresh halal meat discounts.
Manage campaigns on Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, and other platforms to attract religious and family-oriented customers.
6. Website & Platform Oversight:
Ensure the website and mobile app are easy to use, visually clean, and provide secure, Shariah-compliant payment options (no interest-based promotions).
Manage any third-party platforms, if applicable.
7. Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Track KPIs (sales, delivery time, product return rate) and provide regular reports to management.
Recommend improvements based on data insights and customer feedback.
8. Team Management & Values Alignment:
Guided and supervised the e-commerce team to perform with integrity, professionalism, and dedication.
Foster an environment rooted in Islamic values like trust (Amanah), accountability, and service to the community.
9. Halal Compliance & Hygiene Assurance:
Ensure that all products and processes comply with halal standards, proper handling, and cleanliness.
Promote educational awareness about halal living through product descriptions and content.
