Any kind of letter i.e. Note / Letters / Appointment letter / Warning / Salary Deduction letter / Adjustment of Advance letter / House Rent Agreement / Joining Report / Release Letter / reports, Control of appointments and Administrative record keeping etc.
Handling all kinds of disciplinary action like Show cause, Suspension, Inquiry, Warning, Discharge, Dismissed, Termination, Maternity Leave Calculation, Grievance and Final settlement.
To monitor the functional activities of occupational safety, Security, health, welfare, benefits, compensation, working environment, etc.
Arrangement of transport and ensure timely payment of all utility bills and purchase essential goods.
Administrative Support: Provision of adequate Human Resource, Office utilities, Logistics arrangements, Facilities maintenance, tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action, Vendor Management, issuing of necessary Orders, Circulars & Notices, Monitoring the work of outsourced staff.
