Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters, Master of Science (MSc)
  • Honour’s or Masters from any reputed public and private University (Up to HSC level: Science Background is must)

  • M.Sc in Biological Science from any reputed public and private University and along with MBA in Marketing is preferable.

Experience
  • At least 1 year

  • Fresh Graduate/ One (01) year experience in Marketing & Sales Sector is preferable.

  • Self-directed and proactive, able to think beyond the immediate problem and drive with minimal guidance/ oversight.

  • Proficient with MS Office Tools (e.g. Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.)

  • Professional and fluent skill in spoken and written both in English and Bangla.

  • Must have good manner & patience to handle people and Good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.

  • Smart, intelligent and strong communication skills.


Responsibilities & Context

BioTech Services is a company dealing with sales & marketing, distribution and technical service support of medical diagnostics equipment and reagents at different diagnostics labs and hospitals in Bangladesh and well known for providing excellent service support to the valued clients. BioTech Services is the exclusive distributor of world-renowned brands-Sysmex Corporation-Japan, Roche Diagnostics-Switzerland, Arkray Corporation-Japan, Helena Biosciences Europe-UK, RR Mechatronics-The Netherlands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist and develop existing sales strategy & plans and forecasts to achieve business objective.

  • To define and maintain customer segments, identify needs, prioritize markets and drive insights across the organization into all areas of markets.

  • To assist and identify business opportunities to sell products.

  • To achieve sales target Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.

  • To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for prospective customers, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

  • To monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

  • To prepare and submit sales reports and presents to senior management.

  • To recommend guideline throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

  • To coordinate with Clients and Partners to qualify and make successful proposals and close deals.

  • To make plan and follow up customer visit weekly.

  • Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Outside of Dhaka)
