The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Minimum two years experience required in Knit or Denim Washing Plant.

Buyer Experience: OVS, Levis’, American Eagle, G-STAR, Jack and Jones, Celio*

Candidate must have experience working in the Planning of Garments Washing Production in Knit Garments Washing Plant or Denim Washing Plant.
Know about the garment dyeing and washing techniques in Knit Garment Washing.
Have thorough knowledge on garment dyeing machinery, acid washing machinery, tumble drying and finishing machinery.
Know the differences between dry wash and wet wash.
Have good knowledge on capacity study and maximum washing capacity utilization.
Keep the capacity plan updated with three to six months work forecasted.
Maintain close communication with Garments Sewing Section for RFD Goods Production (Wash Receipt) and balance with daily washing production (Wash delivery).
Know about the quality requirements in the washed and finished goods.
Have experience with TNA Plan and Order Management.
Know the capacity study of Washing Plant based on type of wash and number of washing machine & drying machines available.
Maintain on-time delivery of Washed Goods from laundry factory as per garments finishing plan, inspection plan and official shipment date.
Have experience working with Excel and ERP for TNA Planning
