Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • B. Com (Hon’s) from a reputed university (UGC Approved).

  • Completion of the Chartered Accountancy Course (CA CC) or CMA part qualified.

Experience
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Tiles/Ceramic
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 35 years
  • Minimum 03 years’ experience in large manufacturing industries or a group of companies.

Executive/Sr. Executive (Accounts & Finance)

Job Level: Entry Level

Job Context: The role requires strong analytical abilities and a commitment to accuracy in handling day-to-day financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and customer account management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations, maintaining compliance with company policies, and providing timely financial insights to support informed decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify daily financial transactions, bills, and supporting documents before approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile daily customer collections with corresponding bank statements.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations, including bank accounts and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare accurate financial and management reports, incorporating necessary reconciliation statements.
  • Support daily operational functions and assist in team coordination and people management as required.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure strong relationship management and timely resolution of issues.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by management.
