  • Age at most 40 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Receive and store all raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished products (FP), spare parts, stationery and consumable items as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Dispense RM and PM, and issue FP, spare parts and stationery items to the relevant department.

  • Update all store-related registers, stock cards, and other documents in a timely manner.

  • Ensure timely updates of the SMC inventory software.

  • Prepare, review, and submit various inventory-related reports to the concerned department as required.

  • Maintain safety stock levels of different items based on end-user requirements.

  • Verify all purchase Mushak 6.3/Bill of Entry for compliance and keep all Mushak registers updated as per VAT accounting and regulations.

  • Execute Mushak 6.3, 6.4, 6.5 and 6.8 as required.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of Mushak 4.3.

  • Prepare VAT rebate and transfer statements on a monthly basis.

  • Prepare monthly and yearly VAT audit-related documents and attend hearings.Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
