We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Front Desk cum Administrative Assistant to support our administrative and HR functions. This role requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, including call management, visitor handling, document distribution, and support during training and events. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, reliable, and capable of managing both routine and ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
Receive incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel or department with professionalism and efficiency.
Distribute official letters, documents, and communications to the respective employees in a timely manner.
Handle all visitors courteously and guide them to the concerned person or department.
Manage the dispatch process for all outgoing documents and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Arrange and serve meals for guests, new joiners, factory employees, external auditors, and others as per schedule.
Call shortlisted candidates for interviews on behalf of the HR department and assist in seating arrangements and food distribution during training sessions.
Participate actively in any unscheduled or urgent assignments as directed by Management, Admin Head, or senior officials.
