Requirements

Education
  • HSC, Bachelor/Honors
  • H.S.C or Bachelor's degree (Educational qualifications may be relaxed for deserving candidates)

Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Must be smart, well-groomed, energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious

  • Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and general ICT knowledge


Responsibilities & Context

  • Receive telephone calls, emails, and postal mails; forward them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

  • Maintain positive and professional communication with customers and visitors.

  • Welcome and assist guests and visitors courteously.

  • Send and receive faxes with proper follow-up.

  • Maintain and manage all records related to the front/reception desk.

  • Keep accurate records of employee movements in and out of the office.

  • Assist in arranging meetings, including catering and logistics support.
