H.S.C or Bachelor's degree (Educational qualifications may be relaxed for deserving candidates)

Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office applications and general ICT knowledge
Receive telephone calls, emails, and postal mails; forward them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Maintain positive and professional communication with customers and visitors.
Welcome and assist guests and visitors courteously.
Send and receive faxes with proper follow-up.
Maintain and manage all records related to the front/reception desk.
Keep accurate records of employee movements in and out of the office.
Assist in arranging meetings, including catering and logistics support.
