A Master's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an English medium school.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in managing academic programs and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and enhance teaching quality through classroom observations and feedback sessions.
Organize and oversee internal and external examinations, including mock tests and standardized assessments.
Provide academic counseling and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs.
Coordinate daily academic operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
Maintain effective communication between teachers, parents, and the school administration.
Prepare reports analyzing student progress and academic outcomes.
Arrange professional development programs for teachers to foster continuous improvement.
Counsel and discipline students as needed, promoting a positive and respectful school culture.
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
