Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

At least 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate

At least 15 years of experience in real estate marketing & sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and control a sales team effectively.
Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bangladesh.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve company targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
Oversee all aspects of property sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide training, motivation, and direction to the sales team.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
