Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing/Business or related field from any reputed university
Experience
  • 8 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of managing a full-funnel digital marketing program (SEO, SEM, social, content, email) and achieving measurable ROI

  • Experience with B2B and/or B2C digital channels across diverse industries (preferred: SaaS, e-com-merce, technology services)


Responsibilities & Context

The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing the overall digital mar-keting strategy, leading a cross-functional team and driving growth in leads, brand awareness, and revenue through digital channels. This role reports to the Management and closely with E-com-merce-sales, product (brand & marketing), and IT.

The candidate will be responsible to:

  • Develop the annual digital marketing roadmap (brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisi-tion) and to establish KPI frameworks (e.g., web traffic targets, conversion rates, ROI benchmarks) and regularly report to the management

  • Lead budget planning for digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising), ensuring optimal allocation based on ROI analyses

  • Manage and mentor direct reports: SEO Specialist, Content Strategist, Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Analyst, Social Media Manager, etc

  • Foster a data-driven, collaborative culture-encourage testing (A/B), experimentation, and continu-al learning and oversee organic channels: SEO strategy, blog/content calendar, on-page/off-page optimizations, technical audits

  • Direct paid media campaigns to maximize CPL (Cost per Lead) efficiency and Partner with Digital Analyst to build dashboards (GA4, Google Data Studio, Bl tools) that track funnel performance, stomer journeys, and ROI

  • Liaise with Sales to define lead-qualification criteria, align with Finance on budget forecasting, forecasting ROI, and monitoring P&L for digital initiatives

  • Work with Product/UX/IT on website enhancements (site speed, mobile responsiveness, UX improvements) to maximize conversions & ensure content alignment across owned channels (web-site, blog, email, social)
