Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university.
Professional certification such as CFA, CMT or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 08 years of experience in investment management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successful portfolio management and investment strategy execution.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and regulatory frameworks.

Reporting: The position will directly report to the CEO of IFIC Investment Ltd.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring optimal portfolio performance.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess risks.
Preparation of financial models, and investment recommendations.
Make informed buy/sell decisions based on in-depth analysis to maximize returns within the defined risk framework.
Present investment performance reports, strategic recommendations, and market outlooks to the Chief Executive Officer of IFIC Investment Ltd. for decision-making.
Manage both client and proprietary portfolios, ensuring adherence to investment mandates and regulatory requirements.
Engage with clients, investors, and stakeholders to communicate investment insights and strategies effectively.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all investment activities meet regulatory standards.
