Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team across regions and channels

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency

  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and incentive structures to motivate high performance

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies

  • Oversee channel development, including distributor and dealer network management

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and executive updates for senior management

  • Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, systems, and customer engagement standards

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements
