10+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with 5+ years in modern trade leadership roles.
Strong network and experience with national chains (e.g., Agora, Swapno , Unimart, Meena bazar etc.).
Proven track record of handling large territories
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in food categories like rice, spices, or daily essentials preferred.
