Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / or relevant field.
Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SCM, preferably in a technology, telecom, or IT company, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of IT-related procurement, vendor management, and infrastructure setup.
Experience in handling office setup or technical project implementation is a major plus.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiar with ERP systems, procurement tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Must be proactive, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
Lead and supervise the entire Supply Chain Management (SCM) team including procurement, logistics, vendor management, inventory, and asset tracking.
Develop and implement SCM strategies aligned with company needs, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Take full responsibility for managing the new project, including vendor selection, procurement, and coordination.
Oversee the complete execution of interior setup, IT infrastructure installation, and ensure final delivery within the agreed timeline and budget.
Plan and manage the end-to-end procurement process of IT hardware, software licenses, network equipment, furniture, office utilities, and other technical/non-technical items.
Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services while maintaining compliance with company policy and industry standards.
Build and manage a reliable vendor and service provider network, including negotiation of terms and evaluation of performance.
Oversee the logistics and delivery of IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning across all company departments.
Monitor inventory levels, warehouse conditions, and implement proper tracking systems.
Prepare accurate SCM reports including stock levels, procurement planning, vendor performance, and cost analysis.
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as IT, Admin, Finance, and HR for cross-functional SCM support.
Maintain compliance with data protection, software licensing, and IT asset documentation.
Lead project progress meetings, ensure milestone tracking, and address execution challenges effectively.
Lead and motivate the SCM team, monitor KPIs, and provide training for continuous development.
Identify opportunities to automate and digitalize SCM processes for better control and transparency.
Ensure all operations follow local laws, company policies, and IT industry procurement regulations.
