A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within educational institutions.
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Administer payroll, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies.
Administrative Operations
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth school operations.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintenance of school facilities.
Organize school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Communication and Liaison
Serve as a point of contact between the school administration and external stakeholders.
Handle correspondence, including emails and official documents.
Address inquiries from parents, staff, and visitors.
Policy Implementation
Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
Ensure that school operations align with the institution's mission and values.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timing: 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
