Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in a rice or food processing factory.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels for raw rice, processed rice, packaging materials, and other factory supplies.
Perform daily stock counting, update inventory database, and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock movement and ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles are followed.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with procurement and production departments to manage material requirements.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods in the warehouse.
Oversee loading and unloading of stock items during delivery and dispatch.
Track damaged or expired stock and report accordingly.
Support internal and external audits with complete inventory documentation.
Implement and improve inventory control systems to reduce wastage and losses.
