B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture from any reputed university.
Initiate and manage research partnerships with universities, agricultural institutes, and R&D centers.
Draft and monitor MOUs, NDAs, and project scopes with partner organizations and run the experiments.
Design and coordinate laboratory, greenhouse, and field trials for product efficacy, resistance, and environmental impact.
Ensure timely implementation of research protocols and data collection standards.
Compile, analyze, and interpret research data for internal use and regulatory submission.
Prepare technical reports, white papers, and presentations for stakeholders.
Assist in identifying and developing new-generation molecules or biopesticide formulations.
Helping to evaluate local microorganism strains for potential bio-efficacy.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
