Master’s Degree in English (Literature or Linguistics) from a recognized university with a good academic result (minimum 3.00 GPA is required).
B.Ed./M.Ed. qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong academic background with excellent command over English language and grammar.
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the college level (freshers with outstanding academic results may also apply).
Proficiency in using digital tools, online teaching platforms, and modern teaching methodologies.
