Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and stock accuracy.
Supervise logistics staff and ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.
Prepare reports on logistics performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline processes.
