Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Knowledge of PPA, PPR & FIDIC.
Experience working with National & International Contractor, client and donor.
Responsibilities & Context
Establish and manage strong relationships with all business clients.
Promote the company’s value/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Develop, establish and maintain relationship with existing clients and ensure timely collection of revenue by tracking payment progress and ensure financial clearance for project and follow up with delivery schedule.
Study current market requirement and identify potential client maintain relationship for any upcoming project.
Communicate with potential clients or business organizations, develop network to grow business relations, attract corporate and individual clients and participate in meetings, conference, seminars, trade promotions etc.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets or client’s needs.
Review and analysis of architectural / construction drawings and handling technical meetings and dealing with Customers, Consultants, Architects.
Demonstrated commitment to provide a high level of customer service consistent with organizational values and objectives.
Supervise the business development team to achieve targets.
Perform other responsibilities as and when required.
