Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile, Fashion design or any other related field.
  • Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
Experience
  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
  • Age 26 to 45 years
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experiences in similar role of any Knit factory.
  • Must have technical & product knowledge.
  • Having good knowledge about customer/Buyer & also having good relation with them.
  • Having good knowledge about EPM/CPM and other factory’s KPI.
  • Must have knowledge on project management, Lead time.
  • Able to solve the problem and organize the task (TIME & ACTION calendar) to meet the deadline

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Sourcing of new development/customer & arrange necessary presentation for them like –product presentation, factory visit etc.

  • Costing & Negotiations with buyer in terms of order confirmation as per company standard.

  • Planning & organizing the work with the team including the assigning tasks, scheduled work Co-work with the Marketing, Merchandising, and planning team in order to achieve monthly and yearly target.

  • Effective Communication for raw materials.

  • Liaison with customer to arrange L/C or sales contract as well as the shipment with payment update against SC-LC.

  • Attend Weekly CP Meeting with production and planning team for smooth shipment.

  • Analysis risk factor & work with related dept. to solve problem.

  • Overall follow up the order based on TNA for smooth production and on time shipment with right quality & quantity.

  • Ensure excellent communication with Buyer for any technical clarification, when is required.

  • Develop and maintain business relationship with the buyers to serve their interest and requirement for smooth Business.
