Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Graduation in any discipline

Experience
  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 40 years
  • Leadership Experience: Proven expertise in managing compliance audits, HR operations, and team supervision.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules, ISO 9001:2015, Social Compliance, GOT, Sedex, GRS, HIGG FEM & FLSM, and ESG standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel (data analysis, reporting, editing, filtering, etc.) and experience using online applications/platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People, Administration & Governance Manager for our production unit located in Mowna, Gazipur, Bangladesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire factory people management, governance & compliance

Job Location: Mowna, Gazipur

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, ISO 9001:2015, Social Compliance, GOT, Sedex, GRS, HIGG FEM & FLSM, and ESG standards.
  • Manage governance and administrative functions, including facility management, security and vendor relations.
  • Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits for compliance assurance.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to people management, compliance, and administration.
