Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for leading and continuously improving performance management processes, capability development, and HR analytics within a large-scale, export-oriented group of companies.
  • Monitor individual and team performance across departments and support management in developing and documenting KPIs
  • Engage directly with employees to identify obstacles to performance and facilitate timely resolution through counselling or coaching.
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and develop and ensure clear understanding of performance expectations.
  • Design, implement, and manage the company’s performance appraisal framework across levels, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze performance trends using data from productivity reports, absenteeism records, and disciplinary actions to generate actionable HR insights.
  • Coordinate with department heads to conduct quarterly and annual reviews, helping managers structure development plans and coaching conversations.
  • Work closely with industrial engineering teams to identify skill gaps and propose targeted learning and development initiatives.
  • Establish and periodically review performance benchmarks tailored to different business units and roles.
  • Lead workforce planning projects to ensure adequate staffing levels based on production cycles and strategic growth plans.
  • Provide advisory support to board of directors on HR policy decisions, labor law compliance, and grievance procedures related to performance.
  • Manage exit interviews and post-resignation data analysis to extract insights that inform retention and engagement strategies.
