Job Responsibilities:
Encourage all pharmacy staff professionalism, productivity, performance, efficiency and delegate assignments for them.
Ensure the available stock of all emergency medicine as per hospital requirements.
Develop policies, procedures, and protocols for proper pharmacy management.
Develop and maintain monthly & annual budgets for operations and capital purchases.
Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, overseeing the pricing and stock control of all products.
Ensure monthly inventory management.
Develop a Drug formulary & yearly update it according to the organizational demand.
Oversee records of all transactions of the pharmacy, which is necessary to ensure adequate control over and accountability for all drugs.
