Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth workflow.
Develop and implement restaurant service standards, menus, and operational strategies.
Lead, trained, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high-quality service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel brand standards.
Coordinate with kitchen, Pool bar, and banquet teams for seamless F&B service.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor restaurant sales, analyze financial performance, and implement revenue-boosting strategies.
Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing activities in coordination with the sales team.
Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for guests.
