Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement restaurant service standards, menus, and operational strategies.
  • Lead, trained, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high-quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel brand standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, Pool bar, and banquet teams for seamless F&B service.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor restaurant sales, analyze financial performance, and implement revenue-boosting strategies.
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing activities in coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for guests.
