The candidate should have strong capability on mailing correspondence, writing CAP’s, memo, dealing with the buyers, conducting meeting and leading the team.

Responsibilities & Context
Job context: The ideal candidate must have proven working experience in handling the HR, Admin & Social Compliance functions of any reputed Garments Company.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform overall HR and Admin related functions of the Factory.
Have to ensure implementation of the Compliance as per Compliance manuals.
Have to carry out regular Compliance Audit in the factory and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
Have to prepare and update the assessment of Labor law requirements from a Compliance point of view.
Should have the capacity to face various audit inspections, have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
Have to perform internal compliance audits at factories in conjunction with Buyers' Compliance guidelines.
Have to be capable of handling Disciplinary & Grievance issues, will address employee relation issues, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures as per law.
Have to be capable to organize training/awareness on regular basis.
Have to maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and run the day-to-day operations.
Should be capable of maintaining a 100% compliant factory.
Should be capable to train personnel on Fire Fighting, the use of Personal Protective Equipment on health & safety issues.
To prepare the factory for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord / Alliance requirement, Social, Ethical, SCS, C-TPAT audit, etc.
To handle all types of Buyer/ Social Compliance, technical Audit & organize the factory.
Should have detail and proper experience on HIGG FEM.
Liaison with Fire & Civil Defense, BGMEA, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, etc.
