Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context

Quality Review:

  • Review quality metrics and reports from the previous day.
  • Plan quality control and audit activities
  • Identify priority areas for inspection, root cause analysis, or improvement.

Process Monitoring & Audits:

  • Conduct random process checks across departments (production, service, admin, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, or internal guidelines.
  • Log non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions.

Issue Resolution & CAPA:

  • Respond to quality issues raised during operations.
  • Lead or assist in root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and track.

Data Collection & Analysis:

  • Collect data on defects, delays, customer complaints, or rework.
  • Analyze using tools like Pareto charts, control charts, and cause-effect diagrams.
  • Maintain dashboards or reports for internal tracking and management review.

Team Coordination & Support:

  • Coordinate with department heads to discuss quality-related issues.
  • Support cross-functional teams on quality improvement initiatives.
  • Offer guidance on best practices and problem-solving approaches.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Respond to quality issues raised during operations.
  • Lead or assist in root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and tracked.

Training & Awareness:

  • Conduct short quality awareness sessions for staff (5–10 min daily if possible).
  • Monitor compliance with training schedules on SOPs and quality tools.
  • Update team on changes in quality policies or procedures.

Continuous Improvement (Kaizen):

  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, materials, or communication.
  • Propose and track small improvement projects (cost-saving, quality increase).
  • Follow PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology daily.
