Proficiency in simulation software and data analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB, Simulink,Arena).
Process gap identification & Scope of automation.
System Performance Evaluation.
Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Assess and recommend upgrades for machines, software, and sensors.
Prepare ROI calculations and justifications for capital investments.
Work with finance and procurement teams to budget for upgrades.
Lead technical vendor evaluations and proof-of-concept trialsPlan, conduct, and analyze DOE for process and system optimization.
Support production trials with experimental setup and data analysis.
Build simulations of processes and systems to test improvements virtually.
Use tools such as Arena, Simul8, MATLAB, or AutoMod for modeling.
