Responsibilities & Context
Marketing Operations & Leadership
Plan, organize, and lead marketing teams touring various divisions across the country.
Develop detailed route plans and divisional marketing plans to ensure effective brand presence in each area.
Supervise on-ground marketing and promotional activities in coordination with divisional teams.
Identify and communicate with local dealers, agents, and distributors to explore new partnership opportunities and boost local market penetration.
Collaborate closely with the branding and event management teams to execute product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all offline and online marketing channels.
Support the design and implementation of regional marketing events including stall setups, product sampling, and interactive campaigns.
Coordinate the procurement of marketing tools, printed materials, product samples, and other promotional assets.
Help source and manage marketing gifts and merchandise for campaigns and dealer relationship programs.
Contribute to the planning and scheduling of digital marketing content (social media, email marketing, etc.).
Track campaign performance and prepare analytics-based marketing reports to guide future strategies.
Research & Strategy: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and understand consumer behavior to refine marketing approaches.
Provide insights into local trends and customer preferences based on field team feedback.
