This position is responsible for supervising and monitoring Medical Promotion Officer (MPO’s) Execute strategies to increase sales and achieve sales target.
On the job training to MPO’s Preparing daily/weekly sales plan and prescription target each team members.
Evaluate performance of MPO’s on regular basis & take necessary measures.
Communicate with the Medical Professionals to-Exchange product information effectively to generate prescription.
Achieve sales & prescriptions objectives of the company.
